Return Policy
We
will accept returned products and issue a refund, minus shipping
charges, provided you contact us within 7 days from the day you
received your order for a Return Authorization number. Once you have received an RA
number, the item must be shipped within 7 days.
For all returns, the customer is responsible for any shipping
charges to get the product back to us. This can be expensive for
larger items like snowboards, so when you are ordering these larger
items please make sure you choose carefully. Please also consider
using a shipping method which can be tracked, especially for more
expensive items.
In order for any product to be eligible for a refund or store
credit, it must be unused and in the same condition it was when it was
shipped to you.
When you contact us we will issue you an RA number which you need
to write on the outside of the package you ship back to us. You should
also include this RA number on a note inside the package. The RA number
helps us to make sure we get the return processed properly and that
your account is credited if need be.

Defective product issues should be taken up with the manufacturer,
but we are happy to provide you with their contact information. In most
cases, a company will replace a product if there is a defect.
RDCShop.com does not provide any sort of a warranty on the everyday
wear and tear associated with the use of the ski and board products and
clothing we sell.
